By participating a the 30-day free trial period of the InsightCyber Platform (the “Trial”), you (the “User”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
Trial Period: The Trial commences on the date of registration and continues for a period of thirty (30) consecutive days (the “Trial Period”).
Eligibility: A corporate/business email address is required at registration to participate in a Trial. Registrations using personal email addresses (including gmail.com, yahoo.com, hotmail.com, msn.com, aol.com) are not eligible for Trial.
Limited Features: During the Trial Period, the User may have access to all or a subset of the features available in the full version of the InsightCyber Platform. Certain features or functionalities may be restricted or unavailable during the Trial Period.
No Obligation: The User is under no obligation to purchase product upon the expiration of the Trial Period. The User may cancel the Trial at any time during the Trial Period without incurring any charges.
Data Retention: In the event that the User elects not to continue with the InsightCyber Platform, the User may lose access to any data or configurations created during the Trial Period. The User is advised to export any important data prior to the conclusion of the Trial Period.
Single Use: The Trial is limited to one per User or organization. Multiple registrations for additional Trial Periods are strictly prohibited.
Support: Limited technical support may be provided during the Trial Period. Full support services are available exclusively to paid users.
Modifications: InsightCyber, Inc reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Trial offer at any time without prior notice.
Terms of Service: By participating in the Trial, the User agrees to comply with the provider’s standard Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
